Members of the Competitive Squad should bring a set of suitable training fins with them to every session.   

K.S.C. Swimming hats must be worn at all Galas, home and away.

Their swimwear should be suitable for competition (if in doubt check with the coaches) We would like swimmers to wear Kells Swimming Club T-shirts, Track Suits or Sweatshirts around the competition Pool area.  

They should have with them spare togs (for warm up and races) a spare hat (in case one rips) and spare goggles (in case on breaks) and sufficient towels.
